Training Wheels ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Austin clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Clinical Structure & Caseload

Average caseload of 7 to 8 clients

32 billable hours per week supported by strong clinical and operational infrastructure

Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
-
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
-
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians

Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress

Provide parent and caregiver training
-
Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with funding and compliance standards

Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Support staff development and clinical training initiatives

Qualifications:Required:

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and collaboration skills
