Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Experience in fine dining or food industry settings is preferred, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally
• Support host/hostess duties during busy periods to manage reservations and seating arrangements

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions gracefully
• Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently
• Ability to upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling purposes
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $5.74 - $25.00 per hour
