Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Oversee menu planning, food presentation, and quality control to meet fine dining standards.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs through effective inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Lead shift management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining team productivity.
- Oversee catering events and special functions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Train new staff members on food handling, preparation techniques, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and operational improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment conducive to high-quality food production.
Experience
- Proven banquet experience with a strong background in catering or large-scale event service.
- Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably within fine dining or culinary operations.
- Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems and food service management practices.
- Prior experience in the food industry with a focus on culinary excellence and customer satisfaction is highly desirable.
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
