We are looking for candidates who are passionate about serving the community and delivering a memorable experience to our restaurant's valued customers. Our Prep Cook will play a crucial role in developing our weekend breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menus, as well as helping keep things and clean organized.:
Candidates must have the following to be considered for PREP COOK role:
-Culinary experience and commercial kitchen experience
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow recipes accordingly
-Ability to control portions
-The ability to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, and early mornings
-Be able to ensure consistency and portion size
-Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines
-Provide support to chef and other kitchen staff
