This role is all about creating opportunity, generating new business, reviving old leads, and opening doors with decision-makers.
As part of our growth-focused team, you'll spend your days on the phone: initiating contact with potential clients, engaging in lead-producing conversation, researching, qualifying, and following up. This is an outbound-only position.. just you, your personality, and the power to create new opportunities for our sales team.
What You'll Do:
Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce Milliken Corporation, Milliken Builders, and Milliken Rentals and our services
Re-engage former contacts and nurture past leads into active opportunities
Research and identify "golden opportunities" in target markets
Locate and connect with decision-makers
Represent the Milliken brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
What We're Looking For:
A confident communicator with an engaging, positive, and infectious phone presence
Self-motivated and hungry to hit goals and exceed expectations
Comfortable with outbound cold calls and quick relationship building
Organized, persistent, and results-driven
Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales outreach preferred
Base Salary: $43,000
Qualified Lead Bonus Potential: $7,200
Lead-to-Sale Bonus Potential: $15,600
