About This Role 

The Maintenance team member is responsible for working under light to moderate supervision to assure that all properties meet the expectations of all regulatory agencies and exceed the expectations of our clients. This includes regular review of maintenance requests and quick response to emergency requests for repair or maintenance. The person in this role will also assist with light landscaping duties and other tasks assigned at by leadership. Additionally, the Maintenance team member is responsible for collaborating with partners throughout the organization to drive exceptional client experiences. Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the work, the people, and the customers are key to achieving success in this role.  

Responsibilities May Include: 

• Perform maintenance duties including demolitions, rebuilds, painting, woodworking, dry walling, installs, repairs, and minor plumbing and electric functions 

• Perform all venue-maintenance duties including repairs and renovations, ensuring sites are presentable for guests 

• Support landscaping team with guarding duties, including turf-laying and tree trimming 

• Other duties as assigned 

Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance role required 

• 2 years plumbing and electrical experience or certification preferred 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Proficiency working with power tools 

• Ability to stand or walk for eight (8) hours or more in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment requiring movement 

• Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop, bend and climb stairs 

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs 

• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) language skills a plus 

• Must be able to work weekends and ON CALL

Starting with one venue in 2000, Trademark Venues has grown to seven wedding venues, a beautiful client services hub, and a gorgeous garden wholesale center.
