What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Associate position at TRADE FAIR SUPERMARKET?
Deli Experience Required.
Slice, package, wrap, weigh, price and label items for retail sale.
Build visually attractive displays, replenish and garnish trays and the back bar, rotate and replenish. stock as needed, and maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
Prepare and Cook Rotisserie chickens and maintain proper temperature levels.
Check proper temperature levels within coolers on a regular basis and maintain temperature logs.
Receive loads while keeping an eye out for freshness and conditions of products.
Unload deliveries into the walk-in box and pack out products on to the retail floor.
Ensure product availability, quality and freshness by proper rotation, pack-out and replenishment of products on shelves and in deli cases to help maximize profitability and minimize shrink.
Familiarize self with different deli items and recognize differences among similar products to better assist customers.
Operate relevant equipment in a safe and productive manner.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Prior deli experience.
Ability to work in refrigerated conditions.
Minimum Age Requirements:
Must be at minimum 18 years and older.
Must be available to work at 4 - 6 days per week.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
