Insurance /Admin Job Responsibility
- Manage all insurance policies, including property, liability , auto, and employee, coverage.
- Track policy renewal dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims for accidents, damage, or losses.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance documents and claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company insurance requirements
- Monitor OSHA safety requirements and support store teams in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to reduce exposure.
- Track, respond to, and close out DOB violations; maintain updated compliance log.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and compliance documents.
Salary : $23 - $25
