Track Digital is a rapidly-growing Digital Marketing Agency in Nashville, TN, that specializes in PPC and Social Media Marketing strategies for Service-Based businesses and E-commerce brands around the country.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid (1 day at home, 4 in-office) role for a Paid Social Specialist position located in Nashville, TN. This role will be responsible for overseeing Social Media Marketing on Meta, Instagram and occasionally TikTok (if applicable) for our clients.
This is a non-client facing role, so you won't be expected to have a lot of meetings or calls with client. You will occasionally hop on calls, but it won't be a regular part of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage and optimize marketing campaigns on Meta & Instagram Ads for our clients.
- Set up conversion tracking using the Meta Pixel and Meta's API.
- Perform keyword research, create ad copy, and conduct A/B testing as needed.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to meet client goals.
- Stay up to date with platform changes and industry trends
- Work in-person with the Track Digital team at our Nashville, TN office, located on Music Row.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of hands-on SMM experience (Agency experience preferred)
- Excels in Facebook/IG Ads - Retargeting, Shopping, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be based in Nashville, TN. No relocation package available.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with platforms/tools like Google Tag Manager and other CRM platforms.
- Experience managing multiple clients.
