Job Summary
TQS Mechanical is an HVAC and Refrigeration contractor specializing in supermarket refrigeration and commercial HVAC systems. We started in NY/NJ and have expanded into MA, FL, and TX. We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to handle invoicing, project expense tracking, and day-to-day office administration.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily transactions to ensure all amounts are accurate and catch any discrepancies.
  • Issue accurate invoices for construction projects and maintenance services.
  • Handle payment processing, including managing checks and wire transfers.
  • Track and manage expenses against individual project budgets.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related paperwork and records.
  • Assist managers with project coordination and task follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, comfortable learning new software.
  • Punctual and able to meet task deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the HVAC-R or any other trade.
  • Experience with any accounting or project management tools.
  • Experience with any ERP systems.

Salary : $20 - $25
