The Role

As we invest in building stronger internal structure for TGP's next chapter, we're hiring our first dedicated Office Administrator — someone who brings real experience, established systems, and professional standards from day one.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role. You'll sit at the front desk as the first face of TGP, keep the office running smoothly, support HR functions, and work directly with the President. We're not looking for someone who needs to figure it out on the job. We want someone who has done this before and knows how to do it well.

What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors and handle inbound calls and emails professionally
  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, lawn service, office supplies, facilities)
  • Handle daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (categorize transactions, attach receipts — avg. under 10/day)
  • Assist with job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding via Gusto
  • Track employee hours, PTO, and HR documentation
  • Manage the President's calendar and collect weekly reports from department leads

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years in an office administrator, executive assistant, or office coordinator role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Reliable, discreet, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • QuickBooks Online experience a plus (trainable)
  • Spanish proficiency a plus — our warehouse team is primarily Spanish-speaking
