You’ll Work On
- Licensing, collaboration, R&D, supply, and manufacturing agreements
- IP strategy and commercialization
- Clinical trial and contract research agreements
- IP and commercial due diligence on M&A and venture deals
- Multidisciplinary matters involving corporate, IP, regulatory, and litigation teams
Key Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate licensing, collaboration, and strategic partnership agreements
- Manage commercial and IP elements of venture financings, M&A, and joint ventures
- Interface directly with clients, counterparties, and cross-functional teams
- Support due diligence and advise on risk allocation and regulatory considerations
- Contribute to client strategy and long-term relationship building
- 3–6 years’ experience in tech or life sciences transactions at a top firm or in-house
- Familiarity with licensing, collaborations, and commercial agreements in life sciences
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted in Massachusetts
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Background in biological sciences, chemistry, or business is a plus
