We are working with a leading, internationally recognized law firm is seeking 4th to 7th year Private Equity Associates to join its thriving Private Equity team in Houston, Texas. This is an exciting chance to work on high-level private equity and corporate transactions, advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on private equity and corporate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments
• Review and draft transaction documents with substantial autonomy
• Manage complex deals from start to finish with effective deal management and a business development-oriented mindset
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• 4th to 7th year JD graduate
• Deep understanding of corporate law and market terms
• Extensive experience in reviewing and drafting key transactional documents
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take on high levels of responsibility
• Driven, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary range: $310,000 – $420,000
