Litigation Associate

Location: Dallas, TX

A prestigious international firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its dynamic and cross-functional practice in Dallas. This is an exceptional opportunity for a litigator seeking exposure to sophisticated, cutting-edge matters spanning multiple industries, with the support of a highly regarded national practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and refine motions, briefs and memoranda across a broad range of complex disputes.
• Participate fully in discovery, including strategy, document review, depositions and witness preparation.
• Support case management, client communication and strategic development on active matters.
• Contribute to hearings, trial preparation and, where appropriate, trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas, including energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust and securities.
  
  

Who You Are

• Law school class of 2017–2020, with strong exposure to state and/or federal litigation.
• Broad litigation experience across commercial, regulatory and industry-specific disputes.
• Clerkship experience at the district or appellate level is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent academic background, strong written advocacy, and sharp analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to waive in.
  
  

Compensation

Salary Range: $365,000 – $420,000
