Position : OEM Program Assistant
Location: Burlington, VT (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract with good chances of extension
Overview:
The OEM Program Specialist supports the OEM Services Program Management Team by coordinating tasks, ensuring program compliance, and assisting with website asset implementation and reporting. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support OEM Program Managers in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
- Assist in launching new programs, initiatives, and product solutions.
- Manage retailer compliance activities, including pre-approval submissions and audit resolution.
- Implement website assets and ensure adherence to OEM digital guidelines.
- Process retailer orders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Generate client reports, track deliverables, and support billing/advertising discrepancy research.
- Coordinate trainings, meetings, and events as needed.
- Monitor changes in OEM compliance requirements and communicate updates to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in business English.
- Technically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills (training provided).
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience in an office environment and familiarity with web-based tools and Windows systems.
