Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Room Clerk III to support daily mailroom and administrative operations. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing mail/packages, clerical support, customer service, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, computer proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and distribute incoming interoffice and U.S. mail
• Receive and deliver incoming packages (UPS, FedEx, Office Depot, etc.)
• Process outgoing mail, apply postage, and manage UPS shipments
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, file maintenance, invoice processing, and mail distribution
• Support department administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service
• Follow safety procedures and assist with general mail services operations • Lift and handle packages up to 75 lbs when required
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4–7 years of related work experience required
