The Senior Vice President of Restaurants is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the vision, performance, and growth of a portfolio of upscale restaurants within the hotel portfolio. This executive will drive operational excellence, elevate guest experiences, and ensure the portfolio maintains a best-in-class reputation within the luxury dining segment.

Position Summary
The Senior Vice President of Restaurants is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the vision, performance, and growth of a portfolio of upscale restaurants within the hotel portfolio. This executive will drive operational excellence, elevate guest experiences, and ensure the portfolio maintains a best-in-class reputation within the luxury dining segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight for all upscale restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial goals
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to expand and enhance the upscale dining portfolio
- Champion exceptional guest experiences through elevated service standards, culinary innovation, and ambiance
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams across multiple restaurant locations
- Partner with culinary, marketing, and finance teams to optimize profitability and brand positioning
- Ensure consistency in quality, service, and presentation across all upscale restaurant properties
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Identify new market opportunities and oversee openings of new upscale restaurant concepts
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- 12 years of progressive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven success managing upscale or fine dining restaurant concepts at a multi-unit or corporate level
- Strong business acumen with expertise in P&L management and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and foster a culture of excellence
- Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and high-end service standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience overseeing multiple upscale restaurant locations
- Background in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
