They are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team in Tucson, Arizona.
The Senior Project Engineer will act as the Qualifying Party for the Arizona Contractor’s License and play a key role in supporting underground mining and construction projects. This position is responsible for coordinating engineering deliverables, procurement, quality control, scheduling, and change management to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

- What You Will Be Doing:Support surface and underground construction and operational teams through engineering coordination and procurement oversight
- Manage and oversee survey activities for underground mine development and surface infrastructure
- Coordinate project packages from design review through procurement and construction completion
- Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings and technical support
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality control, and contractor/vendor performance
- Assist with technical reporting, commissioning, and mentoring junior team members
- Who You Are:Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- Eligible to act as a Qualifying Party for the Arizona Contractor’s License
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 10 years of experience in mining construction or underground mining projects
- Experience with underground mine development and surveying
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- MSHA Underground Miner qualification considered an asset
