Responsibilities
- Manufacturing leadership experience. Direct experience in managing personnel
- Analyzes and adjusts scheduling of customer kanban to better meet the needs of the customer and
- Coordinate the daily activities to determine production and quality delivery issues affecting the
- Assign/delegate responsibility for specific work to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and deliv.
- Tracks and maintains training of employees to meet business objectives.
- Verifies shipments/ASN’s meet both customer requirements and are accurate to the shipment pull
- KPI’s for department (O.T, KPM’s, Downtime. etc.)
- Must be able to create work instructions based on cycle times and meet targeted production times.
- Required to operate equipment, fill-in, and conduct same tasks to support the production Team
- Maintain and monitor proper perform of equipment.
- Capable to analyze and identify any potential cost savings.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule.
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Other projects and assignments as requested by the management team
- Strong math skills –Ability to compute rate, ratio, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Good language skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals or technical procedures. Ability to write reports and procedure
- 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience
- Must be able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and talk or hear.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision.
- Must be able to work in the manufacturing floor 85% of the time for inventory or validation of material
- Able to use Protective Equipment according with the safety requirements for each area
- Able to work in heavy traffic areas
- Able to work in hot and humid conditions
- Able to work in noisy areas were hearing protective equipment is required
