Shift: 3:30 am - 11:30 pm ; Monday - Friday ; 40 hours per week
Location: SAN ANTONIO, TX 78247 ( Surrounding cities)
Starting Rate of Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 / hour
Summary/Objective
Under the direction of the District Manager, the Supervisor will coordinate all aspects of the daily activities of their designated garages and ensure the demands of each facility are met. As a Supervisor, you are to be the main example in the field of what P.A.L.S leadership is through policy and procedure adherence. In this position you will serve as the primary hub for upward and downward communication between LG-OSS and the client.
Summary of essential functions
Supervisors will ensure the completion of day to day duties from the field by communicating via email or phone on issues, conducting daily calls with Supply Attendants, ensure all required reports are submitted daily for designated garages, provide notification for all issues, employee complaints and care for corrective actions.
Essential Functions
- Ensure garage coverage is met daily or back-up coverage is arranged due to PTO requests, call-offs or vacancies.
- Coverage can be done by the Supervisor or a nearby Supply Attendant.
- Maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages.
- Ensure SLA requirement of 7:30 AM (local time) is met daily.
- CPE scanning and stocking
- Minor material sorted, stocked in lockers or shelves
- RMA’s processed
- Receive in all CPE delivered to garage within 24 hours
- CPE delivered during shift should be received in the same day.
- Monitor Open PO’s for assigned garage to ensure timely receipt by attendants
- Ensure the daily Garage 101 tasks are completed by their team
- Garage Product Signs – Placed directly above correct product
- Product Staged Correctly – Pallets combined and orderly
- Desk Area – Clean, organized and functional
- Garage Barcode – placed on desk or wall
- Policies – LG-OSS and AT&T policy compliance
- On Time – Report daily at designated time / submit daily reports by set deadlines
- Task Sequence – Complete operations task sequence in order
- Other – Garage 101 task amendments when necessary
- Ensure the Quarterly Inventory score is at or above 99.5% for all assigned locations
- All good stock must be reported through WMS
- All CPE scanned to supervisor sub location must be reported through WMS
- Responsible for the performance of their team.
- Train, coach and evaluate team members to ensure a full understanding of a Supply Attendant’s responsibilities and proper completion of SLA required tasks, Garage 101 and Quarterly Inventory processes.
- Retrain team member who are under performing or have failed performance reviews.
- Be a Safety Leader who is responsible for maintaining an accident-free work environment with their team in all garages.
- Complete designated garage visits and meet with local garage managers
- Once a month for metro locations
- Once a quarter for remote locations
- Twice within 60 day period of all new hires to your team
- Documents coaching and reports necessary corrective actions to District Manager for Supply Attendant’s who are under performing, in violation of attendance policy, exhibit unprofessional business etiquette and/or any other violations of company or safety policies.
- Maintain a list of AT&T managers and LG-OSS employees for assigned garages.
- Must know and monitor Supply Attendant’s schedules, communicate attendance issues, advise on schedule modifications, FT and PT hour adherence and designed hourly payroll codes (bereavement, jury duty, etc).
- Approves Supply Attendant’s timecard daily, approve/deny overtime, approve/deny PTO.
- Approve Supply Attendant’s mileage/expenses daily.
- Hosts and participates in daily conference calls with varied members of staff, management and client.
- Participates in extended leadership skill development
- Other duties as assigned

- This position can have up to 15 direct reports
Travel
- 25% -50% Local travel is expected for this position annually (less than 100 miles one way per trip).

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely will have loud noises, bright lights and be subject to similar interior temperatures sometimes equal to current exterior weather conditions.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift, bend, twist, sit and stand for extended periods of time as needed to complete daily tasks. This role uses pallet jacks, WMS (Newton) and Microsoft Office products. Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work can vary based on operational needs in different territories.
Hours can vary including extended evening, weekend and holiday time in order to support operational demands.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year of experience in a warehouse environment
- One year of supervisory experience or similar leadership role
