Toyo Tire North America OE Sales, LLC is looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager, who will report to the Sales Director of the original equipment division in White, Georgia. This position will manage the Request for Quote (RFQ) process for the department as well as plan, develop, and implement programs to achieve sales goals. Additional duties will include developing long and short-term sales planning programs and objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. The Assistant Sales Manager will also maintain good business relationships with existing accounts and prospect for future sales opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Toyo product line, including features, benefits, warranties, sizing, and applications
- Handle the Request for Quote (RFQ) process
- Plan, develop and implement programs for accounts within the division to achieve sales goals
- Assists in the development and formulation of long and short-term sales planning, programs, and objectives
- Evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs
- Analyze and negotiate market pricing
- Report as necessary on sales activities and forecasts
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with key accounts through periodic contacts and proper handling of sales and administrative functions
- Conduct market gathering activities to have a solid understanding of competitor offerings
- Make suggestions on products, sales programs, and policies, etc
- Other duties as assigned

The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description. The salary for this position is $68,000 - $80,000

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in both English and Japanese languages. With the ability of crafting articulate and succinct communications in both Japanese and English. Proficient in delivering information effectively during individual and small group interactions with organization members, using both Japanese and English languages.
