Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams while driving communication, financial performance, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners throughout each phase of construction.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
- Monitor project financial performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and consistent project execution.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, cost control, and change management.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar construction management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
