ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Opens all Accounts Payable mail and distributes invoices to appropriate personnel
• Inputs invoices into the SAP system, resolving any discrepancies.
• Answers vendor inquiries.
• Prepares weekly check run by matching invoices with checks.
• Input all invoices and checks into Web-based or cloud software for retrieval.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Assists with special projects, as necessary.
  
  

Non-Negotiables – What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• SAP experience – familiarity with SAP is essential for navigating our systems.
• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience – we need someone who understands the rhythm and responsibilities of A/P.
• Ability to manage high-volume payables – this role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in a manufacturing environment – that experience helps you hit the ground running.
