What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reliability Technician position at Toyo Tire?
TNA is looking for Reliability Maintenance Technicians who can execute predictive maintenance and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education and experience requirements are as follows: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent work experience and five (5) or more years of mechanical/electrical experience in Industrial and manufacturing environment; and demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley
- AC & DC Servo drives
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Electrical system preventive maintenance.
- Exceptional Mechanical abilities.
Also, you must be willing to work on day/night shift schedules that may include some weekends and holidays in a manufacturing environment that may not be climate-controlled.
