As a Campaign Launch Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between Sales, Production, and Client Success—making sure new clients get off to a strong start. What You’ll Do: 

As a Campaign Launch Specialist, you’ll manage the early stages of the client journey—ensuring a smooth onboarding and fast, effective campaign launch. 

Your day-to-day will include: 

• Partnering with Sales and Campaign Creation Specialist to ensure seamless handoffs post-sale. 
• Attending Goals Confirmation Calls (GCCs) to understand client objectives and set clear expectations.
• Troubleshooting domain access issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve launch roadblocks.
• Conducting inbound requests from customers on design changes to the initial website build.
• Guiding clients through the final steps to activate their campaigns. 
• Managing a high volume of accounts with efficiency and urgency. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Previous customer success or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach that creates excitement for new clients
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
