Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy across all platforms
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and posts
- Capture and amplify campaign moments in real time
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement
- Grow followers, supporters, and digital reach
- Coordinate messaging with campaign leadership
- Track analytics and provide performance reports
- Assist with email and digital fundraising content as needed
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth
- Strong content creation and video editing skills
- Excellent writing and communication abilities
- Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Political campaign experience is a plus but not required
