Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the hotel’s facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and industrial systems. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all hotel facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment
- Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and asset histories
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics-based electrical circuits, and high/low voltage equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues early and prioritize repairs to minimize guest disruption
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or renovations with effective project management practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage and low voltage systems), industrial maintenance standards, and environmental policies
Requirements
- Proven supervisory or management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance within a hospitality or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems, electrical circuits (including schematics), and industrial machinery
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, ohmmeter usage, and electrical testing tools
- Experience working with high voltage (HV) and low voltage electrical systems while adhering to safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills for team coordination and reporting purposes
