Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness across all areas of the property.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
- Oversee daily cleaning operations including room servicing, public area maintenance, floor care, and specialized industrial cleaning tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards; address any deficiencies promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a professional team environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting.
