Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness across all areas of the property.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations including room servicing, public area maintenance, floor care, and specialized industrial cleaning tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards; address any deficiencies promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency.
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a professional team environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special projects or deep-cleaning initiatives during low occupancy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, janitorial practices, and industrial cleaning processes.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for quality assurance.
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
