Duties

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented.
• Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly assistance and answering questions about menu options.
• Replenish food stations promptly to maintain a full and inviting display throughout service hours.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast items, or setting up catering stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing serving stations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Experience serving guests in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
