As a Maintenance Technician, your role goes far beyond repairs and routine work orders — you help create a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment where residents and team members can thrive. In this role you will:
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Perform routine repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
- Monitor building systems and ensure safety compliance
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs
- Document completed work orders accurately
Shift Detail:
2nd Shift, every other weekend
Who you are:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism
