In this role you will:
- Develop a diverse calendar of events, activities, and outings tailored to residents' interests and abilities
- Encourage participation and fostering meaningful connections among residents
- Partner with community organizations, volunteers, and families to enhance programming
- Lead group activities such as arts & crafts, music, fitness, games, and educational sessions
- Ensure all programs align with residents’ preferences and needs while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere
Who you are:
- Activity Director preferred
- A compassionate, energetic, and creative leader
- Experience in senior living, recreation, or event planning (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage residents of all cognitive and physical abilities
