to serve as its Planning Director (35 hrs/week), overseeing municipal
planning, zoning, and land use initiatives. This position is an

Planning Department Serve as principal advisor to the Planning Board
Administer land use, zoning, and subdivision control Develop short- and
long-range planning initiatives Requirements: Master?s degree in
planning or related field, or equivalent experience Five years of
planning experience with supervisory responsibility
