PART-TIME HR Coordinator
The Town of Milford is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator for our Human Resource Department. This individual would work 15-20 hrs/wk and would assist with everything from filing to special projects. Wage and assignments would depend on experience. Wage range is $17.00-$20.00/hr. There are no benefits associated with this position. There is some flexibility with days and/or hours.
Duties:
- Filing and special projects.
- Updating applicant tracking program - post jobs, confer with Dept Heads re: status of applicants and update in system, assist with processing offer or rejection letters.
- Assist with updating and maintaining employee files.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Alpha/Numeric accuracy is essential
- Computer data entry experience necessary
- Proficiency with excel
- Must be able to interact well with the public and staff
