Cares for children ages six (6) months to nine (9) years old in the Tot Drop center at the Community Activity Center (CAC); serves as attendant for parties at the CAC to include serving food and drinks, party set-ups and take-downs, and customer service for party guests; and enforces CAC rules and regulations.

Cares for children ages six (6) months to nine (9) years old in the Tot Drop center at the Community Activity Center (CAC); serves as attendant for parties at the CAC to include serving food and drinks, party set-ups and take-downs, and customer service for party guests; and enforces CAC rules and regulations.
Examples of Duties
- Cares for children ages six (6) months to nine (9) years of age in the Tot Drop area of the CAC; ensures toys are available and clean.
- Performs room and area set-ups for parties and performs post-party cleaning.
- Serves food and drinks to party guests and provides exceptional customer service.
- Answers questions regarding the CAC and/or the Town of Flower Mound.
- Supports other areas of the Community Activity Center by assisting with special events, aquatic programs, and facility rentals/coverage.
- Attends mandatory training and in-service meetings.
- Inform supervisor of all work-related activities.
- Adheres to the personnel, safety, and divisional policies and procedures of the Town of Flower Mound.
- Assists co-workers and other divisions as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required within the first 30 days of hire date.
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and driving record must be in compliance with Town policy.

- Must be able to talk, see, hear, read, and work in adverse environmental conditions.
- Must be able to perform strenuous physical activities to include running, kneeling, bending, twisting, dragging, pushing, pulling, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

- A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Must have excellent leadership, organizational, and communicative skills, both oral and written.
- Must maintain an effective and pleasant working relationship with citizens, the general public, employees, and volunteers.
- Must be able to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
