In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their experience
• Take accurate orders using Toast POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in food handling, serving, and bussing duties
• Assist with opening or closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and restocking supplies to keep the service area organized and ready for guests

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fast casual experience a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cash handling
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Experience with food preparation, food handling, or kitchen operations is a plus
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: $21.86 - $26.33 per hour
