Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this dynamic role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling and Toast POS transactions.
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods like banquets or catering events.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest age using proper identification methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred; retail math and food industry knowledge are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
• Previous experience in hospitality, brewing, catering, or restaurant environments is beneficial.

Pay: $21.77 - $26.22 per hour
