Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our team. You must be 21 or over to be considered for this position. we run a weekly schedule so your shifts will vary from week to week. You will get approximately 2-3 shifts a week. You will be working evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverage options.
- Ensure that tables are clean, set up properly, and ready for the next guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Assist with food service as needed, including serving food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling togo orders and guest inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekend.
