Job Description
Tower Semiconductor is seeking a fully dedicated to our operator population and accountable for managing the entire first-year employee lifecycle. From initial recruitment and onboarding to continuous engagement, retention interventions, stay interviews, and turnover analysis, you will serve as the primary HR partner for our operators. Your core objective is to optimize the operator hiring process, accelerate new-hire integration, strengthen daily engagement, and systematically reduce first-year turnover through proactive support and early identification of retention risks.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be evaluated monthly against the following performance metrics:
- Time-to-fill for operator positions 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month retention rates
- First-year voluntary turnover percentage
- Onboarding completion rate
- Stay interview completion rate
- Hiring manager satisfaction scores
- New-hire satisfaction scores

- Execute efficient, high-volume recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire qualified operator talent, ensuring a seamless pipeline to meet operational demands.
- Deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are fully equipped, integrated into company culture, and tracking toward high productivity.
- Implement targeted retention interventions, conduct regular stay interviews during critical milestones (30, 60, and 90 days), and address employee relations issues proactively.
- Track turnover trends, analyze first-year exit data, and generate regular insights to identify retention risks and operational bottlenecks.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and plant leadership to align staffing needs, improve team integration, and drive overall hiring manager and new-hire satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, human resources, or talent management, preferably within a manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, or production environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with an hourly, operational workforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics, interpret HR analytics, and translate data into actionable retention strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000
