As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience for our residents and guests. This hands-on leadership role allows you to train, coach, and work alongside our dining staff, ensuring excellence in service and hospitality every day.
Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Training, coaching, and mentoring dining staff to ensure consistent quality service
- Creating and managing schedules for dining staff
- Overseeing multiple dining rooms and ensuring a superior table service experience
- Monitoring dining room cleanliness and readiness between all meals
- Supporting special events, holidays, and busy service periods
- Leading and supporting a team of young people in a hospitality setting
- Be passionate about delivering 100% customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate commitment to high-quality dining and service standards
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality education preferred)
- Have bartending experience and a working knowledge of basic mixology
- Bring experience in resort-style or fine dining settings
- Have prior supervisory experience in a customer-service focused role
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
- Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Communicate clearly in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Exhibit patience, professionalism, and tact when interacting with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
