- Ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction

- Support special events, seasonal décor, and table layouts
- Maintain dining room cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Professional supervisory experience in hospitality or full-service dining (required)
- A hands-on leadership style and love for great hospitality
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Comfort with technology like POS systems and scheduling tools
- Senior living or healthcare dining experience
- ServSafe, Food Handler, or Bartender certification
- Knowledge of menu planning or event service coordination
