Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand needs and preferences. Communicate with Touching Hearts new needs that arise from the client.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
