Home Care Aide

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

We're looking for caring and dependable caregivers and CNAs who want to build meaningful relationships while providing essential daily support to seniors and adults with disabilities.

Our clients live throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, and we're looking for people who take pride in providing thoughtful, reliable care.

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support mobility and safe transfers

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals for clients

• Complete light housekeeping related to client care

• Assist with daily living activities

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening

• Ability to lift 25 pounds

• Bereavement support and leave after family or client loss

• Holiday pay

• Jury duty and military leave
