What You'll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes with urgency and professionalism
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients, families, caregivers, hospitals, and referral partners
- Support new client inquiries and create a compassionate, professional first impression
- Keep daily operations running smoothly through documentation, communication, follow-up, and administrative coordination
- Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they affect client care
- Build strong relationships with caregivers while promoting accountability and exceptional service
- Participate in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule as part of the leadership team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen agency operations
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the agency
- Experience in home care operations, caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare administration, and/or office management
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Professional, confident, and compassionate communicator
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys solving problems
- Technology proficient and comfortable learning new systems
- Passionate about serving seniors, supporting caregivers, and building a positive team culture
- Full-time position with long-term career growth
