As a Program Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of health programs within a health plan, ultimately contributing to the improvement of healthcare services and outcomes for members or patients.

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 0800 to 1630

Responsibilities
- Maintains ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on authorizations and referrals in accordance with policies and guidelines
- Verifies member insurance coverage and eligibility
- Participates in interdepartmental integration and collaboration to enhance the continuity of care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, and community organizations to enhance the delivery of health services and promote health outcomes
Qualifications
- 2+ years Managed Care experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills
