Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 0800 to 1630
Hours per Week: 40.00
Work Style: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications prescribed to members of the health plan
- Verify insurance information, process prescription claims, and communicate with insurance providers to ensure proper reimbursement
- Interact with members of the health plan, providing assistance and answering questions
- Track medication histories and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the efficient and safe functioning of the pharmacy within a health plan, contributing to the overall quality of care provided to members.
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician License/Certificate
- 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician
