Responsibilities

- Manage existing accounts with dedicated attention, ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet company objectives while delivering value.
- Maintain comprehensive territory management by planning visits, prioritizing prospects, and optimizing time for maximum impact.

- Perform inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and customer service inquiries to nurture leads into loyal clients.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
