Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-paced retail team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers, driving sales, and working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude
Provide guidance on wireless devices, plans, and accessories
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience
Support store operations and promotional activities
Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and new products
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) preferred
Flexible availability, including weekends
Schedule
10-hour shifts
Monday to Friday weekend availability
