Bilingual Sales Representative – Total Wireless

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to join our Total Wireless team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and passionate about helping customers find the best wireless solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Candidates must also be comfortable using social media to promote products, special offers, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting wireless phones, accessories, and service plans that best fit their needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Activate new lines, process upgrades, and troubleshoot basic device issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Stay current on Total Wireless products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Promote Total Wireless products and special offers through personal and business social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging social media content that drives traffic to the store and generates new customer leads.
• Participate in community events and local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail sales or wireless sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and point-of-sale systems.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be active on social media and willing to regularly promote Total Wireless products, promotions, and events through approved social media channels while maintaining a professional online presence.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
