Position Summary
Total Wireless is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will help customers find the best wireless plans, devices, and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, and passionate about technology, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and consistently achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend wireless devices, service plans, accessories, and value-added products based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Activate new accounts, complete upgrades, process payments, and perform account maintenance.
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns while providing outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Stay up to date on Total Wireless products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in community outreach and local marketing events.
- Promote Total Wireless products, promotions, and store events through approved social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels, to generate customer engagement and drive store traffic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail, wireless, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Wireless sales experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
- Experience creating content or promoting businesses on social media.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform retail merchandising and stocking duties.
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
