Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and packaging machinery in accordance with safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Follow detailed production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards in food & beverage production
- Conduct sanitation and sanitation checks throughout the production process to uphold cleanliness and food safety regulations
- Monitor product quality by inspecting raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols and FDA regulations
- Document production activities accurately using SAP or other tracking systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory/legal standards in production
- Assist in managing daily operations on the production line, supporting continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe working environment and uphold safety standards in production
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food processing plant operations or manufacturing management preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management principles
- Strong understanding of quality assurance practices within the food & beverage industry
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, quantities, and inventory purposes
- Excellent communication skills for managing production or assembly teams effectively and ensuring clear managerial communication
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards in production environments, including sanitation and GMP compliance
- Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions, work efficiently under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
